This is an outrage, and we demand immediate action. So you know, this message will also be presented to local law enforcement, the mayors office, CCC, the Indy Star, and every blog out there.
Take action, we will not allow our money to be illegally wasted in this manner. There are multiple witnesses to this offense, and we are willing to provide proof. Why Billerman himself, at the beginning of the parade route, told an employee that he KNEW this was illegal. Rather than STOP, and REMOVE the items, he chose to continue on. Knowing full well that his actions were breaking the law, this is the person who's running for our CCC? This is the financial manager of your Indy Go operation?
If Mr. Billerman has any character at all, he will tell you the truth when asked about this. If not, then we will be happy to come forward and sign any appropriate document validating our claim.

Joe Billerman is the Financial Secretary for Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1070. He is fully employed by the Union, not IndyGo. IndyGo has always allowed the Union to use a coach during the parade, but no permission was ever asked about posting election materials.
Just another example of how labor unions are corrupt relics of the past, controlled by the M.A.F.I.A.
Somewhat concerned...heard all this noise about documentation of public corruption...I've checked back repeatedly for 2-3 weeks now...still have yet to see anything substantial.

I think it is BS. Everything I've read on this blog comes off just like indyundercover: rants and whining with ZERO documentation. The blog sponsor also regularly spams the IndyStar forum trying to get people to come look here. Look here for what? What I see is innuendo, horrid language skills, and no real substance. Read Advance Indiana or Indiana Barrister...at least when they have nothing to say it doesn't sound like a middle-schooler is saying it.

First Vehicle Services was an absolute nightmare company to work for with way too many stupid rules to protect the company. Joe did his job by very well by strictly enforcing all the rules! Even to the point where no one felt safe in their jobs. IMHO, I feel this is why the turnover at the First Vehicle Services shop in Frisco, CO exceeded 300% just in the first two years alone. I wouldn't recommend going to work for First Vehicle Services unless a union was in place to help protect you from the flesh eating zombies that run the company.
