What a disgrace. She is only slightly better than former Democrat Klansman Robert Byrd from West Virginia. I'm sure Indiana Democrats are proud.
Maybe Pea Shake should take a chapter out of her book, and just have Haith write everything down for him instead of whispering in his ear all the time? It would certainly save sir mumbles a lot of embarrassment, maybe he can "juice" her before the grim reaper comes calling?
Let's not get out of hand here, IC questions Monroe's "juice" heck, he can't even get his glasses on straight. lol

What a babbling mess that was....I was waiting for the medics to show up..looks like she was having a stroke. Good representation, reading someone else's words on the floor of the Capitol building. SCARY stuff.

Her congestive heart failure is getting worse. That or the doctors up the dosage when she's campaigning. She sounded bad in 2006 the few times she made appearances with Eric Dickerson. But not THAT bad.
I just could not watch the whole thing....It was horrible to say the least and I get no extra points........danit

Utterly embarrassing to say the least. I live on the NE side of Indy and she is my rep through some "clever" gerrymandering for reasons I don't understand. I can't stand to see her open her gaping maw let alone the mush-mouth garbage that comes out of it. She's the poster child(grandma) for the Dems in my opinion. If things don't change in November I am OUT OF HERE and my tax dollars are going with me. Vote change people.

Congestive heart failure is no laughing matter, folks. My mother had it and it was a miserable way for her to die.
That's why I'm wondering why someone as obviously sick as Julia Carson is, would hasten her slide to an inevitable death by maintaining the work schedule she must be keeping.
I'm sure she considers herself a patriot, but this can't be providing the kind of representation needed by her electorate.
